Ah, I was wondering who Andy could be made on. Lucas seems like a perfect fit.

Although I don't know who Andy is, I have to say that the texture looks remarkably like the picture you provided. Like picano said, it needs shading, but besides that it looks really good.

Hmm... You should improve the eyes and the eyebrows, to be more like Andy's. Lucas' face can be changed completely, so I think you can make it better.
