Ok, I tried editing the Strap Loader using ASH and Irfanview. When I tried step2_Create on ASH, for every teexture it said "This is not a valid texture, it will be ignored". What do I do?

    what is irfanview? you i think there are some indexed pictures in there so you need to use PS or gimp

    I indexed with GIMP, used Irfanview for actual editing.

    Yes. I only messed with the TGAs, not any of the other files that came out...

    No. I think my problem lies in the other files. The .clr0, .Scn0, & .Vis0 files. What are those?

    Another thing is I didn't mess with pallettes. Should I have?
