by scrambled .tga's do u mean texture maps? Then the answer is no. You're gonna have to learn where everything goes and edit accordingly.

Export the textures from the Fit[insertcharacterhere]xx.pac/.psc and edit them in Gimp/ Photoshop, then replace them in the .pac/pcs file....

  hmmm.. is their a way unscramble the tga's ive seen a program called 3d max something like that but that looks to advanced for now anything   easy

u can view how the textures look in Brawl box by right clicking the model and clicking preview. That will help u match up textures.
