Haha, kay. Hey, you know the Cloud PSA final smash, where they have Lucario's graphic for that cool background? I think I should do something like that. Unless the sun takes up enough background.

Alright, thanks. Now, You said the flying goes too fast, or too long?

It seems too fast, and goes maybe just a little bit too far?

So...shorten the flying time and lessen the speed?

I think so, it seems like it would be too good otherwise... But maybe don't reduce the flying time too much, it is Sephiroth after all, but I would slow it down.

Okay, I slowed down the flying speed by 0.2, which is a pretty good amount, because of the scale. And, I'll leave the air time alone, then.

Alright, I've done everything your criticism said, except the meteor, because it's aligned with timers and hitboxes, and it would be a pain to change it all to make it slower. Want to try him out now? Smash Clash: that's a really good idea, I'll see if I can do it.

If you don't mind, I'd like to try it out as well. Song and I have been talking frequently about this, and we're both very interested as to how this will turn out.
I understand if you do not wish to however.

I just tried this out earlier today and I'm incredibly impressed (and that says a lot since the only PSA's I use right now are CoN Naruto and Zero). Other than being overpowered right now this is absolutely amazing. I know you said you were giving the throw some start-up time (which is good) but do you think you could also make it ranged. It would be awesome if it had about the same range and speed as Samus' grabs.
His Neutral B (meteor) has a rather odd glitch at times. Sometimes it causes the camera to zoom in on your opponent for about 5 seconds. I have no idea what causes this though.
I really doubt this is possible, but it would be great if you could somehow get his wings to flap for his up B. Since they're not actually part of him and probably don't have their own bones I wouldn't expect this to work.
I definitely think you're on the right track here and I'm really looking forward to seeing this completed.
