Okay i can make a CSS with CSS Organizer V2 but i just cant get a background on the CSS  not impressed
And i really want to know how to make a CSS BG so plz someone help! Thanks!  Awesome Face

    You can't modify the background there.....you can do it on the sc_charater_en.pac.....open it, go to misc data 30, textures and  then to MenSelchrFaceB.001 and there should be a Mario pic.....replace it with the background you want....^^

    y'know I'd just like to know where to get this custom CSS maker program thing.

    As far as your problem goes, I really can't say what the issue is. Micaiah prettty much hit all of the points. Try doing what I do if I have a problem; re-save in the program, then re-port it to your SD card.
