Help:How Can I open common.pac files?

I've tried opening common.pac files but something pops up saying that I have to open them with something.I use Mozilla to open them but nothing appears.Any idea on how to open them?Help would be appreciated.

Also,can I change the character/stage select screens even if I downloaded Brawl-?

1. You need BrawlBox to open .pac files
2. I assume you can. CSP's are in sc_selcharacter.pac and sc_selmap.pac has the map previews, but getting the file size right is tricky.

maybe you could try redownloading brawlbox?

...or maybe you recycled "BrawlLib.dll"?

Ha,I've downloaded BrawlBox 8 times already and it still doesn't work.I don't think I have recycled  the .dll file since I really don't know what you mean to say x(

I just start Brawlbox.exe and then the pop up appears.Am I supposed to do something with the other files that came with the download?

BrawlLib.txt
Make A New File/ Brawlbox/ (Insert All Of That).... It Should Work... If Not Let Me No...
