Well, I had a song on my brawl ((I don't have the mp3 anymore, and the link was takes down = n=))
Is there a program that can re-encode it as an mp3 file?

    you can open brstm files in winamp if that helps any Smiley
    note: looping doesn't work though

    Save your BRSTM file as a .wav file, and then use a program such as iTunes to make an MP3 version of the file.

    Audacity may also work, but you need a certain file in order to save stuff as MP3 files with that program.

    or just save your BRSTM as MP3 using winamp...

    Use Format Factory. It can convert wav to mp3 with no hassle, and no mess-ups.
