Eternal D: Don't abandon lyn!! T-T lol But chibi megaman sounds awesome Are you going to employ the other enemies from megaman (Rock Man, Ice Man, etc?) into it? Um, I know you don't do request, but uh...I fail at anim porting. *sigh* I just need some anims for my Krystal psa. Just the Ground A's, down smash, A combo, and specials. Could u do these if they were easy enough? They're over fox.

Megaman isn't chibi, and I didn't abondon Lyn or Gray Fox. Just read the big post linked in the OP.
I'm just doing this for the time to improve my BB animating skills. Anyway, I finished animating all his A moves and Neutral B.
The robot master powers (I don't know which) will be incorporated when I can solve this issue with the UpB hadouken.
For some reason, the action and subaction does not want to move him despite the fact that the moves character flag is checked and the animation moves the TransN quite a bit.
I'm using the Set/Add momentum command for the time being, and it works fine unless you try to use the move to cancel hitstun....
I never had this issue with the other character's UpB as they listened to the TransN being moved......

Well, if you really wanna improve your animating skills, maybe open up a request thread?
That and I could use a hand with my krystal psa X_X I mean it's not like I've never tried animating b4, but...*sigh* I just can't get into it.

You should make a Big Boss Moveset for Snake next, or you can port Snake's model over somone else and give THAT character a Big Boss moveset with a knife.
Did you make that Mega Man model and texture?

KTH did the base model and base textures I retanslated the model to fit the normal Mega Man size.
I made alt. colors.
I'll make Big Boss another time after I finish this.
Someone mentioned the REFT influences colors of external GFX. How is that done again?
