Are you using any stage hacks, edited .rel files or an edited Map Select Screen?
What way of loading the hacks do you use anyway?

It could have something to do with sc_selmap.pac.  Did you edit it in any way?  If you did, does it use less memory than normal?  If it uses more memory than normal, then you have a problem.

If it's the stage itself, is the stage just a texture edit?  If it is, make sure that it replaces the correct stage and uses less memory than normal.  If it replaces a different stage though, a .rel file may be needed.

If the stage hack is a complete model edit, the proper .rel file will likely be needed.
