I've been having this problem for a few days now...
Using PhantomWings' CSS Organizer, I've managed to construct my own CSS. Now the problem is...it just doesn't want to work...
Here's what I did...
I've followed every step. - Created the CSS - Created a CSS code for the CSS - Edited the keyframes for the CSS in BrawlBox
The very first time I tried it, the game froze as soon as I pressed Brawl in Group mode. After the second time onward, it doesn't work, my CSS is the same 36-character layout hex...Mind you, I'm using Gecko OS 1.9 to boot up the codes and the .pacs. My region is NTSC.
I've been searching all over for help but to no avail. I'm in dire need of assistance. :'( HELP!!!

Did you pick more character slots then the normal amount? If so, try editing the regular CSS (without adding/ removing panels).

I've created the CSS under a 46-character layout. Only 42 characters used. No extra characters added except if you can count "None" four more times.
I've also put it in pf/menu2, then I tried pfmenu2. No avail.

Try making the same screen without the 4 ''none'' slots, they still count for the amount of slots. If that doesn't work, try editing pf/system/common5.pac.
