Replacing Starman Music

Is it possible to replace the music played when someone gets a starman? If so, how?

the star music is not music it a sound effect

I believe you could do it through Riivolution, but it's gonna be just as difficult as replacng character's sound effects.

It is MOST LIKELY a possible acheivement though.
