What it looks like to me is hurtbox editing is arriving soon to a computer near you.
EDIT: How do you use this to fix the tiny shield glitch? Eternal Yoshi used it to fix Gray Fox's...

The alpha is meant to open moveset.pacs and common3 to let you tweak properties of the character file(s). If you know PSA to hex, you can use this to edit item parameters too as it has a built in hex editor.

its in alpha. I didn't like it, confusing and unnecessary, because as far as I can tell, all of that has already been accomplished. as of now, smash attacks > tabuu, and brawlbox > tabuu

While PSA and Brawlbox are better than Tabuu in general, there have already been some things discovered that can only be done using Tabuu, and there will probably be much more of that in the future.

Hey, can anyone who's "good" at this program do me a favor? I would like some of my Neo peaches attacks to have two elements to them. Hollow told me one time that the only possible way to do that was to change the hurtboxes. AND since that is now possible, I was wondering if anyone wanted to help me finish up neo peach ^+^ The first version was just a test of my texture and psa skills, I'm hoping to make the next version pretty cool and less chaotic.

I think he meant hitboxes... hurtboxes are what determine where you have to be hit to be hit... |

As of now, it can open fighter.pac, common3.pac, stages, character.pac and can edit bone index references which PSA and BB cannot do.
Basically, it's OpenSA3 under a different name.
