    I really don't know why or how it happens, but sometimes when I load up ssbb through homebrew it freezes at the strap menu, please help

    Yes I did. Oh and btw I figured it out, it was a corrupt common3.pac, I fixed it thanks for trying to help though.  Kirby Dance

    For future reference, any PAC file that's compressed or has compressed contents has to use less memory than its unedited counterpart.  Otherwise, you'll get game crashes.

    Oooh, this could be what is wrong with my game. How do you make it use less memory than the original? Would that involve taking things out of the file while using PSA or something like that?

    Well I do know that replacing texture parts can affect the file size of compressed files.  When you import a low quality texture part, it'll use less memory than a high quality texture part, especially when you take into account the maximum number of colors used.
