Rel files for PAL?

So I've tried some stages that requires rel files, they all froze my wii. I figured maybe the rels are made for NTSC only... any way to convert them to PAL?

If you get the PAL Brawl ISO and look in Module you can find it in there.

But I have the rel files for the custom stages that came with theirs downloads, Why would I need the originals?? You sure they are supposed to work with PAL? If you can confirm this I can try to solve the problem myself

Is there any topic somewhere explaining about rel files in detail?

Use those .rel files and use this program to switch the rel files.
