Well I guess you COULD give some of his attacks a darkness effect (like one from Ganondorf, Giga Bowser, and Crazy Hand). You know, give him more of a dark feeling.

yeah sorry it took me so long to notice this thread but i am a bleach ball rider and i have loads of ideas for this psa....
i know you already finished most of this but just something to take into consideration
side b: keep the cero
regular b:keep getsuga tensho
down b: i like the charge idea but i would do like a flash step type thingy not an attack but like meta knights down b with the cape he could flash step and disappere for as long as you hold b and move him around while invisible and gone and when b is released then he re appears with the explosion of spiritual pressure
up b: i dont know if its possible but if it isn't just keep your up b.....you know when he spins his sword by the cloth ? you could make him do that but have a wave of energy shooting from the top doing about 10 % damage each hit...yeah it sound kinda difficult to get the animation so if its impossible just leave it alone...
final smash: an ultimate cero !!!!!! maybe take samus final smash blast and make him shoot that from the top of the screen like lucarios FS but only an instant K.O
and if not the cero you could upgrade his move-set to his bankai lvl maybe upgraded the cero so it doesn't have to charge, a lot faster well...fast enough were he is controlable and during his final smash his side smash could be a barrage of sword attacks (give him link's final smash animation with the hit boxes and up the damage a few %) and you could make it so his getsuga tensho is always at full power (no charge) make his AAA also a baragge of sword attacks if you hold A after the second hit....(random sword attacks from marth and ike just fast and epic looking) and for his side smash make it a dash about as far as final destinations platform with a large explosion behind him doing damage to any one he touched (maybe he is invinsible during the dash) and 1 cool thing could be when he dashes he is like in a dissapered state and invincible and invisible but when you stop running he would reapper again making it look like he flash steped across the place...yah know what im talking about ? that would be a cool feature
yeah alot of this stuff seems like hard work..maybe maybe not....i suck at psa so i wouldnt know really how difficult this all would be and your aleady like 98% done so i dont mind if you just ignore this....
