Riivolution PSA Compatibility Help

Hey everyone. I have a quick question that I'm hoping there is an answer to.

I have noticed that there are some PSAs that do not work on Riivolution. (Echo Blade Shiek, Motoko Kusanagi and some others.)

My question is:
Is there a quick/easy/any way to change a PSA to being riivolution compatible?
Current PSA:
Colette Brunel
PSA
Vertex

Needing Animators/Vertex Hackers. I'm new to PSAs and have no clue how to do anything :( (If someone could teach me, that would also be great!)

Sorry to res a dead thread, but I didn't think it was necessary to make another thread with an additional problem. I have no mods for charizard, not even a texture, and yet my game freezes when he's selected. Is there a motion file to fix this? Also, any solution to the problem stated earlier?
