Sup guys, Right now I only got one character... But expect more soon. Open to Criticism and Suggestions.

Changes:
 - Main "A, A, A," combo ends with a gunshot that Electrifies.
 - Up - B and Side - B cause opponent to freeze.
 - Up - Taunt has been changed.
 - Changed Side - "A" and Walking "Side-A" to Sword attack made with The Down-B texture.
 - "Side - A" now Electrifies.
 - Turns out his taunts have no sound so I'll have to get on that as soon as my computer gets fixed, which may be a week from today.

awesome. Thats alot like my lightning wolf. you can give his electric attacks the electrifying sound effect by changing the last 3 digits of his flags to E83
