The only things I find unbalanced about Cloud V1 was the Wall Cling code and dair not having enough endlag/landing lag. Still an amazing moveset.

Up Smash having hard-to-read hitbox and Down Smash being so fast to use (And the fact they both have the same charging animation), fsmash coming out too fast and having a huge knock back, among other things, is what makes Cloud V1 OP (Of course, including what you mentioned, and adding that Dair's sweetspot for the spike is too big).

Looks like we got different standards. I'm aiming for the A tier (using tiers as an example to save text) characters, like Wario and Snake, who already have OP things about them. Not sure about you.

U Smash is crazy good. Comes out super fast, has good knockback, great vertical reach and those lingering electric hitboxes damage spot dodgers. That and the two smashes were rather dull.

Hey SDoom, do you know how The color of the Fox's/Falco's/Wolf's blaster shot changes?
Like in Brawlbox, they're all grey, but in-game, they have color. How do they change?
Is it via PSA or through some sort of hexing?

Eh, I'd rather go for C or B Tier, really, which is what I tried to achieve with my version of Cloud, sorta. It's no fun for friends to see a new character be stronger than the Top 10 right away, really.

Why don't you go download those hacks of Fox/Wolf/Falco with diferent blaster shot colors and see before asking?

I see what you mean but A tier = AS STRONG as the top 10 not stronger than.
S tier = stronger.
Anyway.
Life can be like this sometimes SDoom.

I'm a C tier kinda guy I believe...
In Melee I was a Top Tier guy cause I mained Fox and Shiek, but Brawl bumped my mains down to C tier and I don't like Snake/Wario/Diddy/Falco/Metaknight's play style so I'm not a fan of those characters.
But as far as Cloud goes, I've been using the revamped animations one. The one without the lightning up smash and without the fire down smash. Thats why I like it so much...
The only thing I wish is that the Textures would work in SubSpace or other single player modes like that.

The thing that pisses me off about Project: M the most is that Sheik's chain doesn't tether ledges anymore. WHY THE NERF? :/ If only hacking Brawl paid bills.

There are none for Wolf, And the Fox/Falco ones just swap fox and falco's models of the blaster. Which doesn't help me because I don't know how they change... But I'll assume that it part of the model and doesn't require hexing or PSA.

REDNiNJA's? And what's the problem with the textures exactly? ._.

I see. I was suggesting them as I know they had changed colors. Perhaps looking into PSA, there's some glow being called, sorta like how Sword Glows are summoned?

I'll have to check.
EDIT: I'm stumped...
1) I don't know what half of the stuff in Fox's Fit.pac under the blaster action tab are...
2) I was originally asking SDoom because he probably knows more about this stuff than I do...
3) He planned on using some of Wolf's Blaster effects for Vegeta, so he could maybe help me in the right direction.

I should correct myself... The textures I have came in that one hack with all the different Cloud swords...
Yeah, they don't work in Classic mode or Boss Battles or All Star or Sub Space... Not a big issue though.

Just extract the texture in Brawlbox (eff_wplf_shock I believe it's called for Wolf) and recolour it so it's yellow. That's what I did. If that doesn't apply properly ingame, what you need to do is use Brawlbox 0.64d and do the following along with recolouring the texture:
- Expand the BlasterShot mdl0 - Expand Shaders - Expand Shader0 - Expand Struct0 - Select ColorEnv0, change the SelD from 2 to 8 and the SelC from 4 to 15. If they're already those two values, don't touch it
