using gecko to load smashbros disk with zangoose over wolf.
so far i have: I being my sd card
I:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\fighter\wolf
>>fitwolf00.pac
>>fitwolf00.pcs
>>Zangoose_BP.PNG                      [last two are just image files]
>>Zangoose_CSP.PNG

cheats are enabled.
character just plays wolf as normal.
ideas???


this is a different problem to my earlier post as i was about 10 steps further back than i am now.

    something in the pcs is corrupted..
    causing brawl to load the normal pcs file...

    I've had more than my share of corrupted pac/pcs files... D:

    either people are just lazy and build a hack without testing...

    or they build it for the opposite version...

    eg: NTSC vs PAL
    neither work with eachother...

    Character hacks are interchangeable with all versions of the game. The only hacks that aren't are SFX and Modules.

    In response to this.

    Do hacks for other characters work or is it just Wolf that is not working?

    as well as the logic...
    or as you guys call it "PSA"...

    that also has its effects in the differant versions...

    2: (if so) does gecko say anything when it loads??

    it should say: 'SD codes found... applying' (something like that...)

    No...It's because he has Fit lowercase and Wolf too plus he put regular pictures in wolf too without putting them in common5
