A Simple Question

Hey guys. Before I ask this I would like to say this. THIS IS JUST A QUESTION AND THERE IS NO NEED TO "*FACEPALM*" Or any idiotic things like that 

Anyway I have a question.
Would it be possible to make the CSP's Like they were in smash bros? Ya kno with the character's moving. I mean like in smash bros 64 where when you hovered over the character it had the wait1 animation going while they rotated... Would that be possible for brawl as well? Because if it would be I think that would be

Don't quote me on this, but I think it MIGHT be possible in theory. It would require EXTENSIVE work. I mean importing models, one for each costume, importing all the textures for each hack, and renaming them for each individual model, animating the models, finding out how to trigger the animations, the list goes on. Plus the file size would be MASSIVE. Keep in mind the file size would be massive. In the original SSB, there were about 3 costumes for each character, some of them merely pallet swaps (at least it would appear that way...). Brawl has almost 40 characters, some with 7 or 8 costumes. Again, in theory it's possible, but it really isn't going to happen.

I was also thinking that a while ago but I would imagine it would be really hard and time consuming to get it to work.

Well, technically, all of the 2D images are actually 3D models, so yes, I suppose it's possible, but very hard and would probably surpass file size limit.
