Brawl Vault won't let me submit anything!!!!!

Hey everyone, whenever I try to submit a hack, for some reason I get the message below:

Error 503 - Service Unavailable
The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server.
Requested URL: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlDB.php

This has been going on for days, and my friend xxmasal22xx has been experiencing the same problem.
Any ideas?

I really don't know what's going on, and have a hack that I would like to upload/submit, but it wont let me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
