It involves articles, which are props the characters use.
but isnt zss's psa file unreadable?
I'm not sure. Charizard/Dedede's usually are, but there is a PSA mod that allows you to open them. And if I'm not mistaken, the newest version of psa opens them anyway. Just look into it.
Dedede AND PT's pokemon psa are readable by OpenSA/Tabuu.....ZSS is mostlikely too, look into it
