Peppy- really interesting, low detail though.
Maxwell- this one turned out great, just like he looks in game.
Batchu/Batpuff- pretty bad, you used too pure a black so there is no shading in game on them, it looks unrealistic, and the random bat insignia splattered on them isn't well positioned or good looking.
Sepiroth- the texture is fine, but you have to realize that it won't ever look like sepiroth until someone fixes that hair.
King Leonidas- Good in several ways, however you should make his cape torn and a deeper crimson, and for gods sake give him some body hair and detail work. His freshly waxed body and lack of muscle definition is frightening, a man should have hair on his body.
Overall several impressive hacks, good work. However you might want to spend more time on individual textures, alot of the time there are blanket colored spots and not detailed work.
Peppy - I can tell that you've never done a Pikachu texture before, this is probably one of the most detailed Pikachus you'll see out there.

Batchu/Batpuff - You can't put alot of detail into them (for example their bodies are only like 16 pixels in area). And I know they aren't great, but they were one of the first textures I made. Also I find it hard to shade black :S
Sephiroth - Yea I know that :p I think I'm gonna do one on Link so he can have the long hair.
King Leonidas - In 300 he didn't have a torn cape and chest hair, so I didn't put any on. But I agree that I blurred out the abs too much.
