Lots of cool hacks going around these days, but which ones are so great they'll make you replace a brawl character with their moveset?
The only way I'd ever switch out one of these characters is if someone made a Marx port for them. (Which is unlikely)

Sonic
Kirby
Link (Yup, screw you Zero moveset)
Zelda
Bowser
Ganondorf
Dedede
Yoshi
Thats about it for me. How about you?

Personally I don't think there is a single character that shouldn't be replaced. Maybe that's just because of the fact that I now have so many characters etc that Brawl has basically transformed into a completely different game now.
However, if I had to keep one character the same, it would be Sonic. Despite all the fantastic hacks there are for him, Sonic is my main.

Everyone, unless they're ported to either ROB or Olimar so they can get their own stages (and their own Arcade stages without conlfictions, IE: Lloyd in a Kirby Stage).
Pretty much, they're all important characters... except ROB and Olimar. G&W I'd like to rplace as well, but he's 2D so blah.

Okay. Snake(if i ever learn to make a PSA,then it would be Joshua Fireseed or Ryu) Peach(Same as Snake but if it was my original character lolita or Dawn) Diddy Olimar Thats it....i dont really wanna replace anyone unless the clone engine comes out  |

I agree with DMN666. I'm not a fan of totally replacing characters, but I will if the PSA and animations are exceptionally well done. Unfortunately, most of the PSA's out there are pretty overpowered and most of the animation hacks are either ripped from other characters or look kinda choppy, so at this point, I not gonna replace any characters.
