    the ones in the fitmotionetc. file are the animations correct?

    what program would i need to use to change the animations, like in a PSA?

    in other words: how do i start making animations for a PSA?

    Use BrawlBox. Preview the model you want the animations for then open the tab at the right and load their fitmotionetc.pac file and change the animations.
