I really want to keep things simple here, since I have a bad habit of involving myself in stuff that'll take a lot of work.

i want to see how pokemon trainer will work out with fishing rod and magikarp xD maybe you should do a version with brawl goldeen aswhell

Screw Goldeen, it's all about the Karp.

Anyway, here's the plan for the fishing rod thing:

-Position it correctly and vertex the Trainer's fingers to be wrapped around it
-Vertex the rod so it looks slightly bent (but not too much)
-Attach a line to it. I'll probably use Ness's yo-yo string
-Attach the Pokeball to the end of the line to act as a sinker
-Model a hook
-Attach Karp to it

Also, I have a few things I'll do to Karp to make him special.... I'll elaborate a bit more later.

The rod itself is approximately the length og Ike's sword, but since Karp adds some length, I'll probably have to shrink it a little more. I also need to vertex Karp's little whisker thingies.

But, progress.

Oh, and I also made Karp a few extra sets of eyes. For various reasons.

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Magikarp! LOL! I laughed when I saw that! But I don't have anything against those karps, in fact, I had one in a pokemon game, and trained it till it became a Gyarados. I also have one in Pokemon Heartgold that's actually partly battle worthy.
But back on topic, I'd like to see this project when it's finished! ^^! How is Pokemon Trainer going to fight without his three-some of starters will be nice to watch! ^^

~A Few Updates and My Current Status and Other Useless Info~

It's been a while.

So I've been gone for a while, but that doesn't mean I've been doing a lot of hacking.

In fact, I haven't done any hacking. At all.

I've been trying to get a few things done as well as starting a few things that I've wanted done for quite a while, but I haven't been able to stick to one thing for very long.

Surprise.

However, upon realizing that I have a buttload of free time in my schedule this semester, I suppose I could try to get a few things done.

For example, look what I got my hands on:

First to guess what it is gets a cookie.

Big thanks to Nah for ripping it for me.

The biggest problem is that it has a ridiculous amount of textures, it refuses to smooth, and it's too large for Brawl to handle.

So yeah. Lot's of work to do for that one.

As for Playable Trainer, I'll work a little bit more on him today.
