You were right, there was much to fix. But I'm quick fixing things, and it finally looks as a sexy stage in brawl.

Anyway, you need to remember to scale textures to 256x256, or 512x512. Never 384x389 or things like that. And be careful with palleted/not palleted textures, I made a little tutorial in this forum some time ago ;)

Also, you really need to test things while you're building them, so you can be aware of mistakes or problems, and keep in mind that models don't usually move unless they have their own bone and an animation moving them.
