If it's 4-Tailed, then keep the 4-Tailed texture, I got the other models covered(well one of them).
FS detailed plans:
Take CoN Naruto's ground FS & put it as 1-Tailed's ground FS. Make normal Naruto's ground FS Rasen Shuriken.
Make 1-Tailed's moveset based of CoN Revolution 3. Make 1-Tailed's [air] FS like in CoN Revolution 3(red blast).

1) do you mean the attack from the anime... And do you have a tester because if you don't i'de like to aplly fir the job XD. I don't do tournements but i beat my friend (ALOT) who's won 2 tournaments...  And if it is the anime one here:

BBB, let me know when you've merged PSAs, set as side taunt @ 150%, made him regenerate 1% per second even below 150%.
I want to be kept up-to-date. I'm gonna start PSA research and questions today.

Hey, BBB, how do you set Rasen Shuriken as Ground FS in PSA?
I replaced the textures, animations, and models, and it only replaced, the kunai and Rasengan.

New idea and updating OP w/ pics.
Normal Naruto's air FS: He summons a clone for both sides of him and they all have a Rasengan in their hand. Left goes down with Rasengan, right goes down with Rasengan, then middle goes down with Rasengan. During this FS it will have slow time to capture the opponent like Normal CoN Naruto's normal Naruto's ground FS slow/stopped time.

Other idea/reminder:
If Naruto will have Kyuubi eyes for 3-Tailed and 1-Tailed then let's make normal Naruto's FS eyes Sage Mode Eyes.

Sorry for not responding too much, I was able to get animations in and I am still working on trying to get them to show in Brawl correctly. I am having some issues with the chakra ball being in a weird position. If I do manage to make the two shadow clone animations, I would not know any way to call them out in psa, and attaching a rasengan to them will be a little hard. Another idea is to have one other shadow clone to come out, then Naruto and the clone could do a Giant Rasengan together as the air final, the ground could be a rasen shuriken that he can throw, when goes out far enough then it bursts and kill whoever is in it.
