Yeah, I guess you don't understand what a dummy file is. There's nothing in those files. You won't see anything in them.

the creation of a method of model hacking in brawl coincidentally is progressing nearer to the time I'm going to learn how to rig models in my animation program... awesome

There's nothing to see except a universal header that is on every single ef_[character].pac

The interesting thing though is that Mr. Game and Watch, Warioman, Giga Bowser, the alloys, sheik, and Nana are all dummies as well (128 bytes each)

isnt that just to preview textures on your computer instead of going to the wii to test them?
i dont think it has anything to do with model hacking.

It still works pretty good, but that's all I use it for. For actual hacking, I use SmashBox, for replacing the .pcs's and CSP's I use the Texturizer.
