Those are attributed to the correct person, right? If so... I gotta say, I like Nekomon's texture far better. Much more refined.

It may have used your as a base, I can't deny that but honestly --- I don't give a damn. If a significant improvement is made and proper credit is given, I say it's fine.

I'd rather not have permission be analogous to copyright, where an improvement is cast aside due to the stubbornness of the original creator.

it LOOKS like i used it as a base....but there is such things as lookalikes.......i still made it from scratch...plus,why would i EVER use one of his textures again after what happened with pichu???

Ok i like both KTH and nekomon textures, But there is a LOT of pichu textures and models so there might be a lot of lookalikes... This is only my opinion.

I'm just calling it as I see it. IMO, significant changes have been made. It's the same base idea (and you can't exactly claim copyright to an idea alone).

I'm all for protecting a unique hack from theft by the lazy but I do not see that as the case here. We are all modifying copyrighted material here in one way or another without the explicit permission of Nintendo.

This guy have stolen my Pichu, he don't have credit me, he just have credit StarWaffle. 3 Weeks after i've report him and he have credit me. Here okay.

Now, he continue with my Toon Link and my Melee Hack and i try to told him just to stop or credit me but he continue.

It's my Pichu, if i want he delete this, he delete this.

And i continue this story and put me on Moderated or Warned if you want, this guy continue and should continue to take my hack.
