Yes I did.  I told him that Kit didn't want her hacks on the Vault anymore and that her decision should be respected.  I said that for both the first removal and the second one.

I gotta say, it's a cool system.  Very well done.

I'll have a look into that ... he doesn't seem like he tried it a fourth time though. Maybe he checked his PM box, at last.

Well guess jasonville can get his ass kicked out of my animation school then.  I was reluctant to add him to the list before, but I'm accepting initially of any members.  However his behaviour is generally unacceptable.

That won't accomplish anything though unless every hack he has is breaking a rule which actually isn't the case (surprisingly).  The whole point of BV is that it's open and accepting and not drawn down by any "quality standards". People have the right to upload crappy hacks as long as it's not complete plagiarism.

Look this dude reported my Mystic Mansion 3 times, saying that it is freezing at the loading screen but there are pictures and a video showing that it is working fine, I removed the first and second reports but once again I got a new one.

Well do this, PM him and ask why he is experiencing freezing, because he might be new to brawl hacking and might be putting it over a stage without a .rel...

Those are broken since Pic has been tweaking the Vault a bit, so that'll be fixed later i guess.
