Stage builder can't be used? (resolved)

I made my first custom stage texture and it works but there is one flaw...
I can't use Stage builder!
anyone know why this happens?
any help would be awesome

it makes that really weird beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeep(only a little less loud)
and will not stop. (just to let you know.)

The stage builder .pac you edited is not the exact same size. If you're using 2.1 of the SD Loader, this happens. 3.5.1 for NTSC has this problem fixed.

My solution for you, try to lower the details on the .pac to make it smaller to the exact size.

Or, if the size is smaller than the original, try adding some detail.

No. I mentioned the file size in case your Brawl is PAL.
