ok guys I need ur opinion! As of now I am almost done with Ultimate Shadow Pikachu V2 and it's so Freakin deadly(not 1 hit KO kind of deadly)That I can't lose no matter what I do.it feels like it's the worlds most overpowerd PSA. You'll get a better understanding when I realease it.
What should I do?

You can have it be overpowered just not as overpowered as it is now. O-o Less knockback, less damage, less cheap moves, btw air mobility is crazy.  |

Keep the strength as how it is... oh well, a little bit weaker can't be bad too. at least i'm enjoying your PSA as it is now with the strength.

I do. It's just too cheap. And trust me when I say: 10% of the time say PSAs are cheap(I use OP PSAs, too), so that says something... |

Try making it like one of my Enhanced characters: Broken, but beat-able.
I like broken PSAs, but I don't like using PSAs that are too broken (AKA, Onslaughts), know what I'm saying?
I like your Shadow Pikachu, but it's way too broken, even for me.
