Possible to hack other games?

I've been looking everywhere but I can't find anything on hacking games other than Smash, New Mario, and Mario Kart. I'm wanting to texture hack and translate Taiko no Tatsujin Wii 2 & 3. Thing is, I can't find any means to do it. If anybody wants to clear me in the right direction then that would be awesome. Also, so this isn't a waste of a post, we could discuss other games that you would want to be texture hacked or translated and why?

Not all games support the same texture and model features as Brawl.  From what I know, games that support MDL0 and TEX0 files are possible to hack, though there are a few exceptions.

I tried texture hacking a game but I couldn't save the file because the polygons and header and material weren't made for Brawl so BrawlBox wouldn't save it. >_>
