More than likely it's because you have left your Riivolution boot.elf on your SD card when you went back to Gecko, because if Gecko doesn't load it's an issue with the boot.elf file; could you have forgotten to switch it out with a Gecko boot.elf? If so, just get Gecko's boot.elf and get rid of the Riivolution one. I keep both boot.elf files in my back-up drive for whenever I need to switch out.

My SD card slot is messed up on my comp, so I can't check...but it goes through Gecko, shows the Wii Strap, shows the loading screen, and goes black..

try taking off some of your mods. maybe you have some files that are over the size limit.
some files also take some time to patch like certain menu mods

Are you're files in the right location for Gecko?

If it is after the strap menu it maybe a thp or menu hack that just isnt working right. You can just go back to riivolution though. Why don't you keep using it. I just don't use it cause I just couldnt get it to work.

I am trying to sell all my old pokemon and Yugioh cards; I had a hell of a collection of the latter especially. Message me if you are interested in purchasing any.

If your info.pac file is above 390kb then the game will freeze after the Now Loading screen.

Ninja'd me before I was even about to type that.

He is right, though. If it freezes after the loading it could be your info.pac.

Try redownloading Gecko onto your SD (since your SD port is broken, then use a USB SD Reader)

Keep in mind that...although Gecko's coding is the same...certain conditions and times can cause it to crash on certain Wii's (Each Wii handles things differently oddly) leave it alone for a while, then run it again, if it still doesn't work, then follow above step

I only added 2 things to my Info.pac..Naruto's name and Zero's name.
Even if it were to be the Info.pac, I have no access to my SD card

I can't even use THPs with Gecko OS, so that can't be it. All my files are in the exact location they should be, as well.

I'll definitely try that..if that doesn't work, then it must be my SD card.. Oh shi~
