A quick status progress, I have a few of Naruto's sounds organized so I can just associate them with the wave to be replaced. While I done this I have updated the Sound replacement files that are in the vault with hex packets. I was told that the wiimote select sound will need to be placed in separately. So those will be uploaded later or soon.
The only voice replacement I didn't upload was a Marth voice replacement that make him sound like Lloyd from Tales of Symphonia, the one that sounds like Robin from Teen Titans. I also have voice rips of the Onion Knight from Dissidia that would be great with Pit IMO.
Edit: The new files with hex packets are up. Still working on Naruto.

You're working on Naruto and Sasuke SFX! Can you also get SFX from Super Smash Flash 2(SSF2) from 4-Tailed Naruto? 4-Tailed Naruto PSA is in my vault. 1 last thing: Can you transfer Cloud's SFX to Mr. Game & Watch? That's all. I'll wait if that's ok.

I wouldnt do that 4 tailed thing until the PSA is finished, that way you know what if any specific sounds should be replaced with another specific sound.
Example: Rajinmaru, when you do sasuke, can you replace that sound when he charges NB with chidori electricity sounds? Also, replace the sound he makes when hit in his DB with chidori nagashi. Please xD

@SmashClash: I'm sorry but I don't even know how to rip sfx from flash games. And I'm not sure if Game & Watch's sfx are long enough for Cloud's sfx. His beeps and buzzes are to short for him.
@SSJCerious: I don't think I have the chidori electricity sounds. I only have the voices of Naruto and Sasuke.

I did do the Naruto announcer call over Olimar (this time flawless due to Olimar's name length being longer then Ike's). The only thing I need to know is how to replace the name and mark on the result screen.

I get the gist of the whole guide. The problem is that I don't really understand the fix offset part of the original guide, and that's the part I need to do this. So I really don't know if I can make the announcer call.

How do we insert hex packets into the brsar? I have the melee link voice and i followed the README instructions, so first question. In HxD When u Push Ctrl and G which one do u check? begin current offset or end? Thats the only problem i have plz help

@SmashClash: 2DaMax92 just uploaded a CON Naruto voice pack for Ike?! I had no idea someone was doing this as well. I've only had two other voices to replace (the third winning taunt where he does the Aether attack) but like his I based it on the CON PSA. It may sound better than mine so I'll check it out because I don't like mine really due to the fact that I reused a voice clip for multiple sounds.
I'll need SSJCerious' chidori sound effects since I don't have the electrical chidori sounds for Sasuke to continue the work on this. I'm getting rid of Tail and Metal Sonic until I know who I'll place the sounds on.
