Replacing Voices

Is there a way to replace character voices? Like putting mario voice on luigi, I saw something similar in the clone engine topic.

Yeah is posible but u need some dat files from the character also if the sound that have mario and it like 10 sec. and luigi one is like 20 sec u have to cut it or put it fast well i really do not know much about this but Raijinmaru know a lot about that! he really is good doing SFX Hacks
