True King Bowser PSA???

[Tasty Pumpkin Clock]

There was a really cool PSA on here before... it was called something like "True King Bowser" or something.
His neutral special was him shooting a single giant fireball.
And his Final Smash made him spawn Koopa Shells and Bob-Ombs with his taunts.
And a bunch of other stuff....


Does anybody know how to find this?
Or if anyone has this can they provide me with the files needed for it?
