How do i get japanese hex packets?

You have two ways. You can get a smashbros_sound.brsar taken from a japanese Brawl, this way you would have them, and besides Falco's voices, Fox's and others, but what is bad is that most of hex packets from this site won't work. Or you can make a research on this site and see if there is an hex packet containing them, but if it is not the case, you will have to ask someone to do them for you, or do it yourself, if you have to do it yourself, good luck, and have fun as you will probably spend quite some time on it.
