Hm... well it's definitely the model, because it moves accordingly to Sora.
I hope it's not just me that's seeing it.

I had the problem with Chibi's Riku vertex awhile back. But he managed to fix it for me. Just ask him.

Yeah with Riku was the Problem i delete polygons like the cape and so but here i edit everything with Vertexing :/.
Does this appear without PSA too??
I send you an ".PCS"  dont use this .
Hope this is the Problem :S
I noticed that EY make Soras SHoes bigger in the PSA i think its cause of the old model
