I'm 16 as well. So far the only thing I've done regarding PSA is personally editing Cloud's Fire and Aura effects to darkness for Ragna lol. I'm a CSS/SSS/Texture person.

Idk how to PSA, maybe you should watch SDo0m's tutorials, he's pretty damn awesome so his PSA tutorials should also be awesome. lol
Sdo0m is not awesome he is a PSA maker God   People like Eldiran, the Project M team etc are PSA Gods. I'm merely a kid that knows a bit about it and enjoys doing it and likes to make animations too (which is something a lot of PSAs don't do/do very often/do very well)

A little update.
Ok, when I tested Bomberman his wait animation was all buggy so the video is wrong. All 3 of his wait animations are him tapping his foot. Plus, if anyone wants to play Bomberman Live with me on the weekends, my XBOX LIVE gamertag is GSlasher96 if you want to add me.

I agree that the model is a little better because he is taller, but the one over Olimar looks better because he has a Brawl-ish styled texture. |
