Animation Needs To Be Slightly Moved Down

Well heres what I need if anyone can. I need it so the orange thing, Moo walks on the ground. This would be easy but in brawlbox he already walks on the ground so in brawlbox he needs to be moved UNDER the ground a bit. Heres some pics

the only animation that must be changed is the walk one. The bone that you should move is the hips bone. Thanks in advance if you can help
