I read a tutorial one how to replace graphics and remove them. But you have to swap all the graphicsbto replace one. How would you go about switching one graphic?

1. NEVER EVER use BrawlBox .64 !!!!!!
2. In order to switch graphics, you would have to extract the said characters graphic...rename it to said character you want to put it on, and place it there. Replacing the original said characters graphic (make sure you back up the original said characters graphic first!)

Depends on what graphic you want to replace. Here are the ways I know:
1) If the graphic has a viewable model in Brawlbox (in the FitCharacter.pac file under the ef_character.pac) you can just export the model you want to use, and replace one of the models you don't need for your character with the model you exported
2) If it doesn't have a viewable model, but has sub external graphic effects you can use TheShyGuy's External Graphic Editor. I forget where the link is (have a look for it under On Topic Discussion, it should be TheShyGuy's EXE Topic or something like that) and just drag and drop the needed sub external GFX to the right model.
