    I have some custom stages in custom slots, but when I select them, the game either freezes silently or with a buzz! I used the .rel files of each stage, but this still happens!

    So my question is...How do I play on my custom stages?

    Question A) Are The .Rel Files Needed?
    Question B) If yes, what do I call them: 01 or just 1 (or do I start with 0 or 00?)
    Question C) ...How ya doin'?

    Yes, you need rels for custom slots.

    Name them in this fashion:
    st_customXX.rel
    where XX is hexadecimal number of custom stage.

    As far as I know, the ID of custom stages is 0, but I may be wrong.

    Use Stage Switcher and put FD or Online Training as the main stage. Make sure your custom stages are made on ethier those two stages.

    Well...to answer this simply:

    A. Yes, you need the .rel files.
    B. Call them st_customXX.rel, with XX being the custom stage number (starting at 00). This is hexadecimal (0A, 0B, 0C, etc.)
    C. Doing pretty good, how 'bout you?

    Question, though: Are you using Riivolution or the File Patch Code? If you're using Riivolution you have to define the custom stage files (the .rel and stage .pac) in your xml file.

    What!? I didnt need to do that for my XML. I just had it so that it read whatever was in the stages and module folder on my SD.

    B: Do the same numbers apply to the .PAC files?
    C: Not Bad...Trying to get used to VVBox, but that's another story...
