Nice one, but you have to paint the part under the mouth in light yellow. And the name is Slippy Toad, not Slippy the Toad XD. Try also to make something similar to a hat.

If you add shadowing with photoshop blending options or simply using the burn tool, you can give the illusion of depth and it'll be easier to tell the layers in his outfit.

I have a love for Slippy Toad, and as such, until someone makes a perfect texture, I cry.
This (Honestly, not saying to be mean) is a great first effort, but leaves much to be desired.
I would give this 6 out of 10, but keep working on it, refining it, adding depth, and it will easily become a great texture.
