i will maybe help on ANimations/PSA on this project later since Animations is easy to make if not many bones
but i think it is after kid buu/Gotenks/Vegeta

i has psa idea
he has 3-4 jumps
about yoshi's speed
B: tail spin/tail thingy from sadx
b hold: spins really fast like luigi tornadoe. and can hover like luigi tornadoe
side b: bomb throw. charge it to make it throw farther
up b: fly. tails do dammage and can drop bombs
side smash: heavy tail swipe
down smash: tail tornadoe
up smash: his tails spin fast in upward position
a: punch
aa: tail hit
aaa: like diddy kong, repeated tail swipe
Up a: magic hook upper cut from sonic battle
Down a: magic hook heavy attack from sonic battle
Side a: tails quick swipe
a air: tail spin( 3-5 hits?)
a side air: like sonics
a up air: tail spin in upward position
a down air: tails dunck. it is a meteor smash
