Power-hungry, knowledgeable and cunning, Albert Wesker was a man who sought power and domination over the entire human race, all for his own gain. And now it is my hope that he will come to Brawl to do the same.

* Just as the names suggest Wesker delivers not one but two roundhouse kicks to his opponnet.
AttackDash (Dash A): Knee Cannon (combo possibility: if press A, u will teleport behind the enmy and shoot) (PSA CODED BUT UNTESTED)
* Wesker jumps up mid dash and smashes into the opponnets face with his knee. This can either have little knockback or no knockback.AttackS3S (Forward Tilt A): No Change
AttackS3S2 (Forward Tilt AA): Cobra Strike
*Wesker slams his palm into the opponnet's chest.

*the animation for this can be Falcon's up A animation

* the animation for this can be Ganondorf's forward tilt just with more reach and speed. Notably, there should also be a sleight stun effect, little/medium knockback.

* Wesker slams his hand into the opponnet's chin

*the animation for this can be Sheik's Down Smash animation

- Ganondorf's aerial neutral A would work well.
AttackAirF (Forward Air A): Phantom Finish
- The first strike animation can be Ganondorf's first neutral a kick. Second can be Snakes aerial forward-A. The final strike can be Falcon's aerial Forward-A.

Special Attack animations
Neutral B: Samurai Edge (animation done 100% from scratch and awesome ^^)
*the animation for this can be somewhat Fox's neutral b animation
* Wesker pulls out his Samurai Edge pistol and fires infront of himself. He then puts it back in his coat.
* Wesker can teleport during the end of this move by pushing either A or side d-pad. A sends him into the air. Side d-pad sends him behind the opponnet.
Up B:
Side B: Ghost Butterfly
*Wesker slams both of his fist into the opponnet chest.
Down B: Rhino Charge
* cut and paste of Marth's or Ike's counter (hacker's choice) but holds his hand infront instead, and stabs his hand into the opponnet as the counter.
* damage = can be cut and paste from the original counter.not possible...

Air Neutral B: Samurai Edge
* Should be like his netural B except it should go at a 90 degree angle. He should be able to teleport at the end of the animation. He should go down and in any oppisite direction he is facing. Depending on the button press.
* damage = 4%
Air Up B: Phantom Accension
* this attack can use Lucario's Up-B animation,but should also have a hit placed at the end. Either a Punch or Kick.
Air Side B: Phantom Move
* This can be somwhat like Ike's aerial-side-B except he punchs at the end.
Air Down B: Phantom Smash
* Perhaps you could use MetaKnight's Down B for the animation and effect; although, you can/should change it so it slams into the ground instead.
Grab: Wesker holds the opponnet by the throat.
Throws:
Up: Just throws them into the air.
Down: Slams them into the ground like Dk's down throw.
Forward: Wesker shoots them twice then punches them.
Behind: Wesker simply kicks them away.
Final Smash (Ground): Lost In Nightmare
Final Smash (Air): Phantom Dance
So i tried to think of a moveset that fit Wesker. I still can't think of a Up B on the ground for him if anyone has any ideas that would be great. Thanks to anyone who takes up my request.
