Need Help With Sonic's Hair

ok well me and my girlfriend are trying to figure out how to edit sonic's hair. We are trying to make it shorter, without have to resize his body.

We found that someone had done this to make a Classic Sonic. But he was a smaller size. if anyone know's how to edit the size of his hair can you please tell me how to do it? We want to add something new to BrawlVault but we need to edit Sonic's Hair. so could you please help?

about how much shorter do you want them? i think can do it via 1-slot motion.

well there is an already made Classic Sonic Model that has just the right length of hair that i would want.

here's the download link for the Classic Sonic Model that has the short hair. do you think you would be able to put this on a regular Sonic for me please?

eh.. im not a vertexer. sorry. you should ask the creator of the classic sonic (KTH)

Try selecting the vertices and scale it down(right click once you've highlighted/selected them then click scale, then you can make them smaller/bigger)
