I would like to know how to turn some solid things invisible, like Zelda's dress
I'm using photoshop an have created some textures, but now i'm dealing with this
If anyone can help, please help me

You have to mess around with the alpha layer. There are tutorials on this.
If you have Paint.net just delete the parts you want transparent.
