Port Sonic Over Donkey Kong . ?

Hello . I have the Shadow Final hack on my game but it replaces sonic . I was looking in the brawl vault for a hack that replaces Donkey Kong with Sonic but I don't see one . So I guess I have to make it on my own but I don't even know where to start . ! Browsed through the forums but I'm still not understanding the codes . Can someone help me out . ? My goal is to just have Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles, Tails, and Silver in the game as it is in the character selection screen here . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQCmLkHjkWI&feature=relatedI know its Shadow over sonic and Sonic over DK . I'm guessing the rest: Silver over Luigi. Tails over Wolf, and Knuckles over Meta Knight .

I can work with adding custom characters, its just getting sonic back in that is the problem . I would use the Shadow over DK but it keeps making the game freeze .

You must of misunderstood . I said in the original post that using shadow over DK FREEZES my game . So I want to do Sonic over DK .

it isnt. i got it form a youtube video. its bad tho. fs frezes. adn side b is borken. he keeps moving. up b pushes u down. homing attack maeks u freeze untill u are hit.

Just figure out why Shadow over DK doesn't work.

You must of misunderstood . I said in the original post that using shadow over DK FREEZES my game . So I want to do Sonic over DK .

Even if you managed to get a "working" Sonic over DK, most of the moves would be glitched up in some way.  None of the specials would work properly, the FS would be glitchy as hell and overall it would just be a fail.

Normally, I would avoid trying to shamelessly self advertise but that Shadow is dated.  And since you've actually joined this site, you should attempt to widen your scope a bit more.  As in don't just look at crappy, incomplete Sonic model ports and actually think about looking at other hacks of other characters.  Honestly there are so many good hacks on this site.  Ones that actually work completely and are actually worthwile to include.

Well I figured out the reason why my game kept freezing . The common5.pac files and the sc_selcharacter.pac files that come with some of the hacks in the vault are somehow corrupt . I managed to get an untouched copy and presto . ! game fixed .

For those interested, I left Sonic alone, Shadow over DK, Knuckles over Pikachu, and Silver over Luigi (Tails just seemed so unfinished and with all the glitches, I just took him out). Thanks everyone . :-)

my Shadow over DK. is the best Sonic char. port (yet)
unlike Amy/rouge/tails(he dont got finger bones :( )

can´t port Sonic over DK. since
N-B will never work over DK.
and Spring will crash the wii
same with FS

but Shadow over DK. is possible since he dont got Sonic´s N-B
or using Spring or go Super sonic/Shadow

and for Tails over Wolf, and Knuckles over Meta Knight  tails is over Yoshi or Marth since back then was there only tails over Yoshi or Marth and Knuckles is over pikachu
